Liaoning Wei Dragon Engineering & Machinery Company Ltd. (originally known as Liaoning Comedil Engineering and Mechanical Co., Ltd) is a sole foreign owned enterprise which specializes in manufacturing of tower crane and tower crane parts. The company was established in March 2004 with a registered capital of USD 2,590,000.00. With plenty of land, amidst beautiful scenery of the Liaoning Province and easy accessibility, it is an ideal space for an office building as well as a factory. Our factory is built at the size of 8,400sqm and is spanned over a land area of 20,000sqm.
With our commitment to provide clients with the most optimal service and care of every product that we supplied, Liaoning Wei Dragon has placed great importance on advancing on technology and put emphasis on training of staff, so that they are equip with the latest information on technology, to increase productivity as well as the quality of our products.
Since being established in 2004, the factory have been working closely with the world’s leading crane manufacturer in Italy called Comedil Srl, now known as Terex.
On 21st December 2006, the factory has entered a Manufacturing and Supply Agreement with Comedil,allowing the factory to produce Comedil parts including base section of 10m type HA20, welded tower section of 3.75m type HA20, base chassis of 6m x 6m, 1st special climbing tower section HA20, 3rd special climbing tower section HA20, climbing collars (1 set=3 collars) HA20, anchoring collar for mast HA20 and telescopic cage HA20.
Towards the end of 2018, the factory is in the midst of negotiation to continue the production under a new Technology License with Terex.
In April 2015, the factory has entered a Contract Manufacture Agreement with one of the biggest tower crane manufacturer in Spain called Jaso Equipos De Obras Y Construcciones S.L.
In July 2018, Liaoning Wei Dragon was proud to announce that they have secured a License Agreement with another leading manufacturing company in Italy called Recom Srl.
The factory have performed all studies, analysis, inspection, calculation, testing and other required activities necessary to guarantee that the parts can be executed without affecting the technical structure of the tower cranes and, above all, the safety use of the parts and hence, with no risk for damages and/or injuries to personnel and property as well. However, the factory cannot accept any liabilities on usage of any of the parts due to improper maintenance, improper use, abuse, improper storage, operation beyond rated capacity, sabotage or alteration or repair by person not authorized by us.
